Join a class with a code

A class code is different from a quiz PIN. A class code adds you to one of your teacher's classes for the whole year (or term), so any assignment they share with that class shows up automatically on your dashboard.

Where to enter the code

Sign in to your ClassPods profile and open Join a class. The code is a 6-character mix of letters and numbers. Type it in.

If you don't have a profile yet, see Sign in to save your progress first — class membership requires being signed in.

What you see after joining

Your dashboard now shows the class name and any:

• Assignments due — work your teacher has shared with the class
• Upcoming live games — when scheduled
• Class XP — how you're tracking inside this class
• Past sessions — quizzes you've played in this class

Joining more than one class

You can be in several classes at once — for example, a math class and a science class. Each one has its own assignments and history.

Leaving a class

If you joined the wrong class or are no longer in a teacher's class, your teacher can remove you. You can ask them to do that, or contact ClassPods support if you can't reach them.
