Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of ClassPods by teachers, schools, and other authorized users.

Use of the service

You may use ClassPods only for lawful educational, administrative, and related professional purposes. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or material violations of these terms.

Content

You retain responsibility for content you create or upload. You must have the rights needed to use that content in ClassPods.

Community library

Free-plan content may be published to the community library with attribution. Paid plans default new content to private unless the author opts in to sharing.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless canceled. School pricing and invoicing may also be governed by separate order forms or procurement documents.

Availability

We aim to keep ClassPods available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature will remain unchanged over time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, or security risk.
