ClassPods keeps the classroom moment accessible, then charges for deeper AI, reporting, and teacher productivity.
Prices shown in your selected currency — switch with the toggle in the header. Cards are processed in AED via Stripe; your bank handles any FX.
Live quiz hosting
Running a quiz in class is not metered on Free. Students join with a PIN for normal classroom use.
Homework sends
This is the monthly cap when you send self-paced work to students by class or share link.
AI quiz generation
This only counts when AI creates or adapts quiz content. Manual edits and live play do not use it.
Students

Feature comparison
The difference is workflow depth, limits, and rollout scope.
Free covers first use. Pro raises monthly limits and unlocks deeper teacher workflow. Annual is the better fit when this becomes part of the weekly classroom routine. School adds shared admin and rollups for grade teams and campuses.
Pricing FAQ
The things teachers and procurement teams ask first.
+Can I get a refund if ClassPods does not fit?
Pro Monthly is cancel-anytime — the next charge stops the moment you downgrade. Pro Annual: full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days we issue a pro-rated refund if the cancellation is teacher-initiated and the account has under 30 days of usage in the billing period.
+What currency are prices shown in?
Prices display in USD, GBP, or AED — switch anytime with the currency toggle in the header. Cards are processed in AED through Stripe and your bank handles any FX, so international cards work everywhere. Schools on annual contracts can request an invoice in their preferred currency for procurement.
+How does school invoicing work?
Schools sign a one-year contract and receive a single annual invoice for all teacher seats, payable by bank transfer or card. Centralized admin dashboard, no per-teacher card collection. Renewal is annual, prices locked at signing.
+Do students need accounts to use ClassPods?
No. The default flow is room-code only — students join a live game or open homework with a single shared link. Student accounts are optional and only required for features like cross-class progress tracking. We never collect parent emails.
+Is ClassPods GDPR-compliant?
We operate to a GDPR-equivalent posture, including a signed Data Processing Addendum on request, regional data residency through Supabase, and a documented sub-processor list. See /privacy and /data-processing-addendum for full text.
+What languages does ClassPods support?
Questions can be read aloud in 7 languages, each with the right voice and font. Arabic is fully first-class, not translated — lesson packs, quizzes, live game UI, worksheets, and analytics all render natively with proper RTL layout and typography. Teachers can switch the workspace language per class.
+Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free tier covers your first classes and ongoing light use — unlimited live hosting with normal class sizes, capped monthly AI generations, and basic analytics. No card required, no expiry. Upgrade only when ClassPods becomes a weekly habit.
+What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing classes, homework, and library items stay accessible. New AI generations and homework sends above the Free monthly limit pause until you upgrade again or the monthly counter resets. Data export is always available.
